The demonstrable prototype UIP Portal reduces the time it takes to locate, develop, and fund retail businesses in distressed urban areas.

Area aldermen can access and promote the UIP Portal for development campaigns in their wards. Externally, practitioners can work online to discover and build retail businesses in these communities.

UIPP presents a unified map and street level views of available retail properties and detailed pictures and information, including crowd-funded suggestions for developing specific properties.
